Mini Adventure Sandboxes

Make Your Own:
I used photo storage boxes, small toys, and sand--all from Hobby Lobby--to make these mini sandboxes.  Each box lid was decorated with stickers and coated with a layer of Mod Podge to secure the stickers to the box.  Lydia Grace had a blast with them and even little Eli got in on the fun!

Oh the possibilities!
Have a happy playtime!

  1. Very cute idea and a lot less of a mess than a huge sandbox! Love it!

  7. What a fun idea! My boys would love that. They play in sand quite a bit, but never their own mini boxes. I really like the colored sand. You got it at Hobby Lobby?
