Do you ever want to freeze time?

I look at these sweet little faces...
Eli sleeping peacefully...L.G. staring up at me with her "bigger than Texas" hazel eyes...

and I find myself wanting to stop the progression of time...

hug my kids a little bit longer...
kiss them several more times...
keep them this little forever...
hold onto these sweet times always!

If you could, what moments would your freeze?

Sleeping babies make me smile for two reasons.
1.) they are so darn cute
2.) it means I get a few minutes of me time :)

    Have a Blessed Day!

  3. Hi there! Just visiting from a blog list and thought I'd say "hi." *waves* :) I can totally relate. These kids grow up way too fast. It seems like yesterday that I had my first child and she's rounding into her tenth year! My youngest is five and I tell her all the time that she MUST STOP GROWING. I can't stand the though of her growing one more millimeter. Perhaps if I stop feeding her ;) Haaaa.

I'm gonna run over there and follow you. Would love if you did the same :)

  5. oh yes... to freeze time.. those precious moments! I just rocked my little boy til he fell asleep for his nap. I know so many say not to, and this was only day 2 of doing it since he has become a toddler, but he is growing up so fast and I so enjoy snuggling with him!
