Felt "Paper Dolls"

Paper Dolls have been a favorite childhood toy for hundreds of years.  The history of them is really quite remarkable.
My playful toddler is a bit young for paper dolls though, so I decided to make an alternative.  These Felt "Paper Dolls" are perfect for her little hands.

There is a Flower Fairy,
a Princess,
and a Ballerina to dress-up and play with.
Join  us Saturdays at for the weekend wrap up     party!

  1. Oh my Jennifer, this is the best idea yet! I love it! and Lydia seems to be very careful and gentle with them! I bet you could sell these. Did you use patterns from a coloring book for the shapes or just free-hand. Not sure I could make it as good as yours but little Ella's 2nd birthday is right around the corner! Great Idea!

  2. LOVE THIS!! You make wonderful crafts!! You could make the tutu I have on my blog - no problems!! Ck out the link within the text - it links you to a tutorial!!

    Thanks for stopping by!

  3. VERY CUTE!! My nieces would LOVE LOVE LOVE this! What a great birthday present idea for them! :)

    1. Here's one! Excuse the quality. It's just mine drawn out on paper. That should give you a good starting point though.

  8. So cute, and I do remember playing with sets like this when I was little! I loved dolls of ALL kinds back then, and still do!... Have a great weekend! ~tina
