Drain the water and mash the potato until all lumps are gone. Add a tsp of vanilla and start adding the 10X sugar. It will be very runny at first but will get very stiff quickly. I roll mine between two pieces of plastic wrap. spread the peanut butter, roll into log and put in the fridge or freezer. slice into 1/2" pieces and enjoy.
