Gymnastics Birthday Party

Disclaimer: I received some of the products from this post in exchange for a fair and honest review. All opinions are my own.

Lydia Grace turned five last weekend! FIVE is a big deal! It has especially been a BIG deal to my sweet girl who has now been ending many of her sentences with, "because I'm five now."

"I can open that for you because I'm five now."
"I get to do kindergarten because I'm five now."
"I can be a Girl Scout because I'm five now."
"I can stay up late because I'm five now."

Side note: Yes, sweet girl, you can start school in the fall, be a girl scout, and even...stay up later. You now get to stay up a whole 30 minutes later. I'm not sure that is what you had in mind when you said you could stay up late though.

For her fifth birthday party (sixth if you count the 0th birthday party my sister threw for her on the day she was born), she wanted to have a party at The Little Gym where she has taken dance and gymnastics for years. Here are some snapshots of her special day...

The Invitations!
The invites were from Tiny Prints.  I loved being able to personalize them with photos of her in action at the gym.  It turned a simple invitation into a special keepsake.

The Favors!
We gave each child a water bottle with a tag that doubled as a sticker and read, "Happy Handstands!"

Treats and Drinks!
We kept the refreshments simple with fun drinks and cupcakes.  Click here to see how I made the simple cupcake toppers pictured below.

The Life of the Party!

Twenty little ones running around the gym made for an exciting time!

There was plenty of excitement over Anna and Elsa too. Little girls are so much fun!

 Happy birthday!

More birthday parties!
